"My wife and I started looking for a Kia north of Salt Lake, but the dealers we visited either wouldn't deal or had too many options we didn't want. I filled out a request for dealer quotes on Edmunds.com and within ten minutes Bryan called and said he had the car we wanted. I spoke to him the next morning, and he confirmed the price and the specifics about the car. We drove down to Salt Lake that afternoon. The car was as promised. I held my breath waiting for the add-ons, the mysterious extra charges or the hard sell on the extended warranty, but none of that happened. Instead, we got an additional $500 rebate for financing through Kia at a very competitive rate. Everyone was super friendly, and the whole process was the best I've experienced, although it did take more time than I would have liked. Once we got home we examined the invoice and realized we got a few options we hadn't taken into consideration in calculating the price, so the deal was even better than we had thought. Brayden displayed customer service acumen beyond his years (he’s 5 years younger than my youngest son) during the purchase process of my new 2010 Kia Soul (December 27, 2010). My questions were answered on the spot, or in a timely manner when necessary. There was no pressure to complete the deal until I was comfortable that every detail was handled.

Dustin was the consummate professional, overseeing the transaction, offering help when appropriate, and allowing Brayden to be the point person throughout. His previous relationship with my family in regard to our two previous KIA Sportage lease/purchases was a key factor in buying the Soul at Christopher Kia Salt Lake.

When it was time to complete the financing aspect of the purchase, Todd was efficient and patient at the same time. Before I knew it, the deal was done…and to my satisfaction. He found the best deal out there, as I soon found out after comparing his terms with my personal bank’s offer the same day.

Finally, Craig took care of a couple minor scratches to the Soul’s hood within a few minutes of bringing it in, having me on the road 30 minutes after my arrival…with fine workmanship to boot.

I’ve ordered an ipod cable, and anticipate its shipment sometime this week. Visiting the parts department the other day assured me they’ll do their best to get it here as soon as possible.
